Equest Balkan Properties PLC, the property investment company focused on commercial, retail and industrial property in South Eastern Europe and primarily Bulgaria and Romania, announced the appointment of Deyan Kavrakov as a new partner in Equest Partners Limited, EBP's Investment Adviser.
Prior to joining Equest Kavrakov was the CEO of ADIS, one of the largest Bulgarian property management companies with more than 120,000 m2 in of office, retail and residential space in management and ownership in more than 80 properties and with more than 110 employees involved in property management, acquisition and agency.
Based in Sofia, Kavrakov's role as a partner for property investments in Equest Partners Limited will be to bear responsibility for the asset management operations for properties owned by EBP in Bulgaria as well as working in co-operation with the other Equest regional investment offices in the Balkans for developing the asset management functions to meet the requirements of the growing activities.

Deyan Kavrakov (CRE, FRICS, CIPS, CLHMS) holds a B.A. in Law from Sofia University, an M.A. in Public Administration from University of Charleston, South Carolina (US), and a M.A. in Business Administration from Bocconi University, Milan (Italy).
Kavrakov is Fellow with the London-based Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), an international organization of professionals in the real estate and construction business. He is also the first and only one Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist in Central and Eastern Europe and member of the Counselors of Real Estate, USA.
Deyan Kavrakov won the Mr Economy 2005 award for his contribution for the development of the country's economy.
