Bulgaria to Sell Adis - Diplomatic Property Agency

Bulgarian foreign minister Ivailo Kalfin proposed to open a new privatisation procedure for Adis, the state-owned real estate agency, after the foreign ministry drafts a sell-off strategy for the company.

In 2003, the previous government made an unsuccessful attempt to sell the company, which has a number of diplomatic properties in its portfolio.

Italy's Miroglio led the cash bids with 96 mln levs before the procedure was abandoned with no official explanation.
